Three 10 kilometre Runs

The 10K run is a long-distance road running competition over a distance of ten kilometers (6.2 miles). Also referred to as the 10K road race, 10 km, or simply 10K, it is one of the most common types of road running event, alongside the half marathon and marathon.

I will be taking on the Lincoln, Hull and Leeds 10 Kilometre Runs. If you want to find out more about these events, please click on the following links:

Top Tip:

Are you lacking motivation to start running? Are you finding it boring running on your own? There have been plenty of times when I didn’t fancy running – When I’ve had a busy day at work, I’ve not slept well the night before, I’ve become lazy and the list is endless really – but what I have found really useful at times like these, is to ask a friend to run with me or I’ve joined up with my local running club. If I’ve committed to going running with others, I knew I couldn’t go back… It’s worth a try!
